Delete your LORE account

You can delete your LORE account and your learning history at any time, in the app or on this page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open LORE, tap the menu at the top right of your courses, choose Sign-in & devices, then Delete my account. Enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and password.
• Your learning history: lessons you listened to and where you stopped, your quiz answers, your review schedule, the course corrections written for you, and your listening activity.
• Your place in any class, team or organization roster, and your fingerprint, face and passkey sign-in keys.

What is kept

• If you completed a course, the certificate record is kept for the organization that issued it, with your name and account removed, so a certificate you already shared still verifies but no longer points to you.
• A record that an account was deleted, and when, with counts only (no name or email).

If your organization adds you to a class or team again later, you start with a new, empty account.

Sign in with the email address and password you use for LORE.

Forgot your password? Reset it, then come back. Can't sign in at all? Email chris@didactical.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Use Sign in with Apple? Delete your account in the LORE app on your iPhone or iPad: menu → Sign-in & devices → Delete my account. You confirm with Apple there.

Your account has been deleted

Your account and learning history are gone, and you have been signed out. You can close this page. If LORE is installed on a phone, it will ask you to sign in next time; you can uninstall it.
